Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and Rescheduling Window: Customers have up to 4 hours before their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule their appointment without incurring any fees.

Late Cancellation Fee: If a customer cancels or reschedules their appointment within 4 hours of their scheduled time, they may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting our office via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

Late Arrivals

10-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If a customer arrives within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate them without affecting subsequent appointments.

Potential Rescheduling: If a customer arrives more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid delays for other clients. Rescheduling due to late arrival may be subject to availability and could incur a rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy

Definition of No-Show: If a customer does not arrive for their appointment and we have not heard from them within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, they will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Fee: No-shows may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

Notification of No-Show Status: Customers will be notified of their no-show status and any applicable fees via their preferred contact method on file.
