We’re excited you decided to try waxing. That is such a great move!
After your first wax, you may not be as bare as you expected. This is completely normal. But, don’t worry, if you stick to waxing, you will certainly see the results you are looking for.
Keeping your routine waxing is the way to go. After your first wax, you should reschedule your next appointment 3-5 weeks. This is because, just like the hair on your head, the hair on your body grows in intervals (hair sheds and new hair grows out). This means, there may be new hair just under the skin’s surface right after your wax. Depending on how your hair grows, it may take 2-3 waxes to get your hair on the same growth schedule and removed all at the same time. When this happens, your wax will last a lot longer.
Play the long game
Training your hair to grow at the same rate can be challenging. But once you do, the prize at the end is all yours. In addition to being completely bare, is that you’ll stay smoother for longer!
Pro tip: Skip shaving between wax appointments to stay smoother longer.
*Extra Pro Tip: If you exfoliate and moisturize between appointments your hairs slide right out during your wax and prevent the hair breaking.
Say no to shaving and stick with waxing
Throw the razor out and completely skip the shaving part. Make your new routine waxing. This ensures that your hairs stay on the same growth cycle and that you are bare for longer. And if you're feeling the urge to shave, remember we accept walk-ins. So don't feel compelled if you don't have an appointment; simply walk right in. See you soon!
